Creating Your �鶹�� Account (New Users)

If you're a new user, you'll need to create a new account before accessing the site.

Select the “Join Now” button

Begin the account creation process by clicking “Join Now”. This button appears at the bottom of the login page.

Enter your email address and create a secure password

Make sure your password meets the required criteria (e.g., minimum length, special characters, etc.).

Click "Continue"

Proceed to the next step.

Check your email inbox

Look for a message from �鶹��. Open it and click the verification link to confirm your account.

Email Verified

You should see a confirmation message that your email has been successfully verified.

Return to the login screen and enter the email and password you just created.

Click "Continue" for next steps

Complete the CS New Visitor Registration form

Fill out all required fields accurately.

Click "Continue" for the next step

Proceed after completing the form.

Click "Done"

This confirms your registration is complete.

Access your �鶹�� Profile

You are now in your profile. Click on “Events” and then “Events Calendar.”

Account Verification

For Members, Associate Members, and Chapter Staff Members please email us at membership@smacna.org, and we will support you in completing your account setup.

Locate and select the event you're interested in to begin the registration process.

Accessing Your �鶹�� Account (Returning Users)

If you're an existing user and it's your first time logging in since DECEMBER 31, 2024, you'll be required to reset your password.

Select the "Forgot Password" Option

On the login screen click "Forgot Password?"

Enter Your Email Address

Use the email associated with your existing �鶹�� account.

Click “Continue”

Proceed to the next step.

Check Your Email

Look for a message from �鶹�� in your inbox. Open it and click the password reset link provided.

Access the Password Reset Page

You’ll be directed to a page to set a new password.

Enter a New Password

Choose a strong, secure password. Then re-enter the new password for confirmation.

Click “Reset Password”

This will save your new login credentials.

Password Changed Confirmation

You’ll see a message confirming that your password has been successfully changed.

Return to �鶹��.org

Go back to the homepage and click the LOGIN button.

Enter your email and newly created password.

Navigate to "Education & Events"

This is where you can locate and register for the �鶹�� Convention.
