Â鶹Èë¿Ú members are encouraged to participate in an initiative spearheaded by the SMART-Â鶹Èë¿Ú Mega Projects Task Force. The Task Force's mission is to support the implementation of mega projects while ensuring long-term organizational stability and growth for both SMART and Â鶹Èë¿Ú.

The objectives of our task force are clear and ambitious:

1. Maintaining Contractors Current Customer Base
2. Staffing Mega Projects as Needed
3. Developing Structures to Recruit Workers to Staff Mega Projects while Maintaining Growth
4. Supporting Training to Ensure High-Quality Workers
5. Supporting Long-Term Efforts to Plan for Life After Mega Projects
