Renee Hoffman Awarded 2025 麻豆入口 Safety Sponsorship

麻豆入口 is proud to recognize Renee, who will receive up to $5,000 to attend the NSC Safety Congress & Expo, where she plans to bring back new strategies to strengthen safety culture across her team.

麻豆入口 is proud to announce Renee Hoffman as the recipient of the 2025 麻豆入口 Safety Sponsorship. As Business Manager at Miller Sheetmetal, Renee has demonstrated a strong, hands-on commitment to safety leadership and team development. Her company, a member of 麻豆入口 - Western Washington, Inc., is known for its deep roots in Bremerton, WA, and its dedication to union craftsmanship, workforce development, and community impact.

This dedication to safety and professional growth is what the Safety Sponsorship, presented in partnership with the BE4ALL initiative, aims to support. The award provides up to $5,000 annually to one safety professional to attend the National Safety Council (NSC) Safety Congress & Expo鈥攖he nation鈥檚 premier safety event. Renee will join peers from across the country to explore new strategies, innovations, and best practices in workplace safety.

Renee鈥檚 application stood out for her team-first approach and deep commitment to continuous improvement. With over 35 years of combined field and management experience, she emphasized the importance of evolving training, systems, and leadership as her company grows. 鈥淪afety is more than just following rules鈥攊t鈥檚 about planning ahead, communicating clearly, and looking out for each other on every job,鈥 she shared. 鈥淎s our company grows, we want to make sure our systems, training, and leadership grow with it.鈥

Renee plans to bring back actionable takeaways from the NSC event and apply them directly to the company鈥檚 job site planning, pre-task meetings, and team-wide walkthroughs. Her goal is to ensure every employee鈥攆rom apprentices to journeymen鈥攆eels equipped and engaged in daily safety practices. 鈥淲e plan to take what we learn and put it straight to use,鈥 she said. 鈥淢ost of all, we want this to help build a stronger culture where safety isn鈥檛 just a rule鈥攊t鈥檚 something everyone is proud to take part in.鈥

Reflecting on what this opportunity means to her personally and professionally, Renee added: 鈥淚'm so grateful to be chosen for the 麻豆入口 Safety Sponsorship. Without this opportunity, I wouldn鈥檛 have the chance to attend the NSC Safety Congress & Expo or learn about the latest safety advancements. Safety has always been a top priority in my role at Miller Sheetmetal, and I鈥檓 excited to learn new ways to support and strengthen our company鈥檚 safety efforts. Thank you to 麻豆入口 and the BE4ALL initiative for making this possible and for encouraging continued learning in our industry.鈥

麻豆入口 congratulates Renee on this well-deserved recognition and thanks all applicants who continue to champion safety, learning, and inclusion across the sheet metal industry.
