This bi-annual meeting is your opportunity to:

• Meeting Sessions â€“ December 8 & 9 (1.5 days of content, discussion, and networking)

Immediately following the Council of Chapter Representatives Meeting, Â鶹Èë¿Ú will conduct a Local Joint Adjustment Board (LJAB) Training. This training offers essential guidance on how to properly conduct an LJAB hearing and equips chapters and contractor panelists with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively navigate the process. This free half day program will show you how to:

• Conduct a proper LJAB hearing
• Handle common procedural objections
• Maintain arbitrational immunity

You’ll also learn how to prepare for complex legal issues that often accompany grievances. Plus, you will leave knowing how to draft binding decisions. There is no charge for this program, so please let your management LJAB members know about this training opportunity and plan to attend. When you register for Council, please indicate if you would like to attend this program.
