Founded in 2018,  was born out of a passion for transforming the MEP construction industry. Our founder, Richard Burroughs, saw firsthand the seismic shifts brought on by new technologies for BIM and prefabrication. These advancements were revolutionizing operations and ushering in a new era of technology adoption. Yet, there was a glaring gap—MEP-focused solutions were nowhere to be found.

Determined to bridge this gap, Richard assembled a team of seasoned contractors and MEP professionals.
